We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, religious or political information). Please do not share it with us.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form or questionnaire, book a call, email us, attend the workshop, join our community or pay an invoice. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our website, and occasionally from third parties such as booking or advertising platforms you have connected or referral partners.

You can choose not to give us your information or to interact with us anonymously where practical. However, if you do not provide certain details, we may not be able to book a call, tailor your workshop or deliver our services.

4. Testimonials, photos and case studies

We will only publish your name, image, testimonial, results or workshop content (such as founder clips or ads created at HQ) in our marketing with your consent. You can withdraw that consent for future use by contacting us, although we may not be able to remove content already published or printed.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, with:

We require our service providers to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union and other countries where their servers are located. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how visitors use it and measure our advertising. These may include analytics tools and advertising pixels from providers such as Google and Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through your Google and Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We may send you emails or messages about our programs, events and content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by contacting us. We will still send essential service messages, such as booking confirmations, invoices and program updates, while you are a client.
